This annual publication series brings together all the Art in Architecture projects that have been realized throughout Munich within a year as part of urban construction projects. However, the review is not just an overview of works. By bringing together the diverse projects in schools, day-care centers or public spaces, for example, each issue also reveals the artistic range of the City of Munich’s Art in Architecture Program. Additional contributions, such as interviews in which the artists themselves talk about their artworks, open up different perspectives on the works and provide insights behind the scenes.
