Die Architektin Catherine Ann Somerville Venart arbeitet mit interdiszipliärem Ansatz. Neben Architekturprojekten und Innenraumgestaltungen realisiert sie Ausstellungen und künstlerische Installationen und ist darüber hinaus als Publizistin tätig. Sie hatte Lehraufträge in Dessau und Düsseldorf, als Assis-tenzprofessorin in Houston, Kansas, und aktuell als Professorin in Halifax.
